Reservation Procedures

You will be provided with a reservation form via email that must be completed and returned via fax or email to our office along with a physical copy of your credit card prior to confirmation. Please be advised you are renting from an individual unit owner and confirmation will come directly from the owner rather than from the hotel’s management. Every effort has been made by the owner and management to provide an identical room and experience in the hotel to that of a traditional hotel guest. If you feel for any reason that your experience with our rooms has been inferior to the experiences enjoyed by other guests we request that you contact us immediately for resolution.

Housekeeping Fees

Park Suite housekeeping fees are one time only, $65.
The Barbizon housekeeping fees are one time only, $75.
The Hilton Bentley Beach Resort housekeeping fees are one time only, $65.
Espirito Santo Plazo housekeeping fees are one time only, $110.

Please contact us regarding additional cleaning services if desired.

Please note that your Credit Card will be charged separately by the owner for your room and tax charges and later by the hotel for incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar, valet or any hotel services. You will need to present your credit card at check in to the hotel for any incidental fees. Bentley Beach, Park Suite and Barbizon housekeeping charges will be billed by the owner. Room rates are subject to change without notice until a confirmation number is issued.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our guestrooms. Smoking areas are provided throughout the resorts for your enjoyment.

Pets

We are sorry but at this time we are unable to accomodate pets in any of our suites.

Guarantee Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation. Your credit card will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room and tax at the time of reservation as a non refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be applied to your total bill. Your credit card will be charged one day prior to check in for the remaining balance on the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be subject to cancellation penalty of 50% of the total value of the original reservation. Cancellations more than 15 days in advance of arrival will forfeit the deposit only. Deposits may be applied towards future reservations when rebooked.

Damages

Damages to any unit or replacement of broken or missing linens, furniture, fixtures or equipment (damages resulting from normal wear and tear excluded) will be billed to the credit card below on a time and materials basis. No refunds will be provided for any reason in the event of an eviction from the rented unit.

Check In and Check Out

Check-in time after 4 PM. - Check-out time before 12 Noon.
